Yes, there was a mutiny and it was executed beautifully! The guys tied Don up and "marooned" him in a canoe to convince him to let us stay another day. Almost everyone was already "in" on the plan since extra food had to be hidden in backpacks, our younger 3 kiddos needed to be taken care of for another day, and those people picking us up needed to know to come on Tuesday instead of Monday as well. It was great and Don was a great sport about it! He was pleasantly surprised that this was all taken care of and that he (as our "captain") had to just succumb to the mutiny and go with the extra day (which we found out was something he was secretly hoping for). Cool!!!

Oh what fun, and even more fun that he was going along with it! Great recap. I ought to get back to blogging myself. . . sheesh!!
