We really enjoy being able to stay on base when we go to the "big city". Listening to the roar of the jets overhead takes me right back to my childhood. I remember living in base housing and feeling more secure knowing that there were pilots flying back and forth above us helping to keep us safe! A huge THANK YOU to all of the men and women serving (and those that have served) in the military, working hard to protect us!! We are still very blessed to be able to enjoy the lives we have. Our lives have their ups and downs, but we can be thankful that it hasn't been a whole lot worse!
Couldn't get by without a picture from Chuck E. Cheeses. We went during "school hours" and practically had the place to ourselves! :)

My kids have still never been to "Chunky Cheese's" (as my sibs and I used to call it.) Someday!
