Weston was so very excited to wake up to snow. He wanted to help with Toby so he could be out in it right after waking up!
Isn't it great? Oh to be excited about simple joys like that!
Garratt was quick to check out the "packability" of the fresh blanket!
Later in the day, the kiddos even tried out the sledding hill. The weeds were still in the way because there really wasn't more than about 2 inches. It was a relief to see that we have snow gear for the kiddos for yet another year and they'll be ready to make plenty of snowy memories this winter all bundled up. :)

Oh man,I want to come and play in the snow with the kiddos!!!! How cute they are in the pictures. Hey Kristine, love the silly picture of you with the kids, gee wonder where Weston gets his need for silly pics. Can't wait to find out if you won, 2 more days, praying praying praying

Our kiddoes were excited about the snow, too. But now they don't want to go outside to play. "It's snowy and cold!" they say. I slap my forehead in exasperation and order them into snowgear and quickly shut the door behind them. Winter's too long to be staying in because of snow!
