Boomerang Express!

The train decorations were one of the things that made Weston a little more interested in staying at Vacation Bible School. He was a little timid, but warmed up much easier than last year and really enjoyed it.
Shaeanne really liked this picture that was on the wall of her classroom so wanted her picture by it. She enjoyed the songs especially well.
Linnaea seemed to enjoy the whole experience. She is quick to be thankful and her joy is part of my joy. :)

This was Garratt's last year in VBS as a "kid". Next year, he's hoping to help lead the song time with some other teens. Wow -- hard to believe that he's going to be a teenager this year!

I love taking the kiddos to Vacation Bible School and am disappointed that this one may be the only one they will get to participate in this summer. It really is a great way for them to learn and grow and enjoy a group environment. Someday, I pray that we as a family will be able to do Vacation Bible Schools in the villages or other places that need something like this to encourage their neighborhood children to learn about the Lord. My kiddos love to learn the songs and could help teach them to the other kids and Garratt would be a great helper in other areas too!

How funny, it looks like Weston has arrows sticking out of his head or something!! It's looking like a skimpy VBS summer for us, too. We're just too busy with other stuff! LIfe happens!
