
Granny and Poppy made spaghetti for us (as Weston requested for birthday supper) and we enjoyed a family game for our little "party"...

36 ribbons were taped between the beams of the ceiling, crossing and intertwining to form a net of sorts. Then, we blew up balloons and put them on the ribbons. The object was to get the fewest number of balloons to fall. The boys played against the girls and won. Daddy helped get the ribbon untaped at each end and handed the end to the "puller" who could cause more or less to fall just by how fast the ribbon was pulled. Fun!
