Yep, he's 4 now....WOW!! It was a GREAT day and a milestone as well. The balloons were just blown up and left on the floor and the kiddos had a blast with them all day long (simple joys). Weston wanted to make "Uncle Kreg Pizza" for his special day, so he helped make pizzas with flour tortillas as the crust. Poppy made a choo-choo-train cake (by specific request) and it sure was yummy. Weston loves his Geo Trax and I love adding pieces onto a toy I know he already loves!
The milestone was that Weston made the decision to be an official "big boy" on his big day. Since we were running out of pull-ups and it was definitely past time for Mama to just go ahead and get the final training done, we pulled out the Cars underwear that Aunt Jan got him and got started. He's doing great and of course I should start putting that $20-$30 a month into a savings account (since we've been forking out that kind of money for 12 years now). Yikes! A new page in the Dohse Saga -- just in time for the upage in food intake by our tween son! :) Yet another milestone on the horizon: teenagers. ;)
