Here's the progress on the house....The trim looks beautiful. The insulation is in the walls. And we now have a front porch/deck (it would be on the left edge of the first picture)! The sunny picture was taken on Monday and this morning the snow was coming down fast!
Where the girls are standing is going to be the bottom of a new staircase going down to "our house". The driveway widening project will take place next year, so we will park on the "upper level" and go down the new stairs to have our
own entrance. That will be fun! Dad and Don put the porch/deck on in just a couple of days and the staircase may be done in the next couple of days (as long as the snow stays away!) The picture of the boys shows Weston doing the new Karate moves we learned in school today!
The picture of Weston is taken at the top of the new stairway area (so you can get the perspective). We will be parking where the trampoline is right now.

It's just like being with you, reading your blog. The house looks great! What a tremendous blessing to have you there and your parents close by.
The snow makes me ready for a long, winter's nap..by the time we get our snow, I should (Lord willing) be almost done with treatment! Praise the Lord!
The design your kiddo made is amazing! The karate moves make me smile. It would be neat to see them apart from the snowsuit!
