The kiddos and I just got back from a walk through the fall splendor. WOW!! It is so beautiful this time of year. Of course, I terribly miss the brilliant reds and oranges of the maple trees in Michigan, but it is still pretty here. We had a great walk and then came back for hot chocolate and a warm-up by the wood stove that Poppy had started up just yesterday. It's great how we can have some wonderful family time outdoors without spending money! :) I'm all for a bargain. hee hee
