It really has been a great week! We have been spending a lot of time fellowshipping with dear friends and just having lots of time together enjoying each other. Don stayed home and worked on the addition every time we went off to town, so it helped him too so that he could get more done with fewer distractions.
I love this picture of Weston pretending to light the Menorah with a shotgun shell! :) This particular Menorah is all plastic so that the younger children can have one that they can handle and see close up (the big one is heavy and would cause damage to a little one's head and or fingers if it fell over). Well, the children present on Saturday at services got an excellent biology lesson with one of the Daddy's story of hunting spruce hen and "getting one". He brought it in and the children that were interested gathered around while he skinned it and showed them all of the major organs, etc... Well, Garratt was particularly interested in the shooting part of the story and was fascinated with the shells from the hunt. Weston and another 2 year old there picked up on the fact that those little red things looked a lot like a torch or match and started pretending to
We also took a walk down to the beach and really enjoyed the sunshine! I really was shocked to see Garratt walking hand-in-hand with his sisters (without being prompted by anyone for an adorable photo op), but oh, did it warm this Mama's heart!!!

Wow Whee friend...the pic of your son walking down the road, with his sister's hands is a keeper...it made me cry, (which doesn't take much lately) and I think you should get it on a wall somewhere!
Did you spent a night in your booth?
It was pretty cool.
What you are imparting into their hearts and minds will last forever!
Love,
Bonnie
